Deep ruby red color. Intense fruity aroma, reminiscent of sour black cherry and currants, with hints of underbrush. Light spiced nuances of chocolate complete the broad aromatic picture. Mellow and warm on the palate, with sweet tannins which harmonize and form the excellent aromatic structure. Lingering fragrant spices. Extremely versatile wine that is suitable for any convivial situation (light food, pizza, fresh cheese). We recommend to taste it also with savory cheeses, first courses based on meat or vegetables, mushrooms and with second rich courses.
