This lovely Crémant de Bourgogne Pinot Noir is aged on the lees for over 2 years, giving a characteristic yeasty-toasty nose reminiscent of Champagne. The nose has the full, ripe red fruit aromas of Blanc de Noirs and has a round, velvety character on the palate. The Pinot Noir has enough substance to marry with food, particularly white or red meat game. It's also deliciously smooth enough by itself. Bon Appétit!
